This client approached us to provide a solution for their industrial refinery, as the client wanted a reliable and accurate continuous thermography process monitoring solution and hot spot detection for its 24/7 production without disruption to detect gas leak locations in an hazardous explosives environments with our experienced installation team.
To meet this requirement, we provided an end-to-end solution that combined video management and industrial control systems to address these needs.
We customise the existing thermography SDK software and extend the software's functionality according to their unique requirements fit for its on-site applications, namely:
IMAGE ANALYSIS
- Customise the tools that allows the client to enhance the interpretation and analysis of thermal images.
- It includes features like temperature measurement, color palettes, emissivity adjustments, image filtering, and image fusion.
ALARM AND NOTIFICATION SETTINGS

REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION
- Customise the software to allow customizable reporting capabilities to create informative reports based on thermal imaging inspections.
- The client is able to obtain customize report templates, data organization, and inclusion of annotations, images, and findings.
INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS
- To streamline workflows, thermography software can be customized to integrate with other systems such as building management systems (BMS), maintenance management software, or asset management systems.
