Description
NEK Kabel’s Sealine RG 213 U Marine ARM 50-ohm UV SHF1 ABS DNV, 1092441 is engineered with SHF1 properties offering exceptional fire-retardant properties. Designed for marine and offshore environments, this cable is applicable for harsh conditions like saline atmospheres, UV radiation, extreme temperatures, hydrocarbons resistance, oil resistance IRM 902, and drilling fluids, meeting IEC 60092-359 standards for offshore, shipboard cables and mining operations. Additionally, this cable is fire-retardant IEC60332, effectively curbing the spread of fire, emitting minimal smoke, and producing no toxic gases in the unfortunate event of a fire outbreak. It is further mechanically enhanced with galvanised steel wire braiding (GSWB) or bronze wire braiding or tinned copper wire braiding (TCWB) construction providing protection against accidental damage, rodents, ballistic impact, moisture, and laying operations. The cable design equals RG 215, but with slightly improved electrical data.
Compliant with MIL C-17, these RG coaxial cable are designed to carry current more efficiently than other cable types, minimizing power loss and reducing the risk of data loss. The aluminum tape, together with one copper braided screen and one silver coated copper braided screen, provides excellent EMC properties. These cables excel in handling external electromagnetic interference and find application in transmitting various signals such as video, TV antenna, VHF/UHF and digital audio signals.
NEK Kabel’s Sealine cables are certifed by various classifications bodies such as Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd (DNV-GL), Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS), and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), etc, and its diverse cable solutions serve major EPC operators, shipyards, owners, automation firms and top oil companies worldwide (such as Staoil, Aker, Kongsberg, Prosafe, Shell, Sonangol, Saudi Aramco, Exxon Mobil, Qatar Petroleum, Total Energies, Chevron, BP, ADNOC, Marathon Petroleum, Dana Gas, Kuwait Petroleum, Novatek, Woodside, BHP, Gazprom, Valero Energy, PetroChina, Cosco, Equinor, Petrobras, etc), worldwide across 5 continents.
