Description

NEK Kabel’s Sealine CAN Bus Hybrid Marin, SHF1 DNV, is engineered with SHF1 properties offering exceptional fire-retardant properties. Designed for marine and offshore environments, this cable is applicable for harsh conditions like saline atmospheres, UV radiation, extreme temperatures, hydrocarbons resistance, oil resistance 902, and drilling fluids, meeting IEC 60092-359 standards for offshore, shipboard cables and mining operations. Additionally, this cable is fire-retardant IEC60332, effectively curbing the spread of fire, emitting minimal smoke, and producing no toxic gases in the unfortunate event of a fire outbreak.

CAN Bus Hybrid Marin combines the power supply with signal transfer. It is designed for CAN-Bus system for ships, according to the NMEA 2000 standard for transferring signals at 250 kbit/s. The cable, with its high anti-inference ability and outstanding reliability is well suited for use in maritime shipping and offshore robust installations.
